As many of my customers are aware the company that produced "MADE IN FRANCE" auto lock barrettes is no longer making them.  We have been looking for an alternative.  This is the barrette we are now offering as a substitute for high quality French barrettes. We think it meets the objective. This barrette uses the same auto lock design with a 2 piece construction as opposed to the 3 pieces typically found on the cheaper barrettes.  We note that the rivet holes on this size are smaller then the 80mm. I measure them at 2mm in diameter. There are no prongs on this, smooth around the hole.  This size does not have any printing on it. These are made in Asia, but so are iphones so not all things have quality issues.  I do not see any other options moving forward at this time.  Happy to hear feedback on them.
